Payment Options

Payment can be accepted on-line by PayPal.

Payment can also be made via bank transfer (IBAN BIC). If this option is selected we will forward an invoice including shipping charges and payment details.

Customs Duties 

A CN22 form will be affixed to all non EU shipments. You are responsible for paying any taxes, duties or customs fees charged once the item reaches your country.

Delivery Schedule and Shipping costs 

Delivery charges will be applied at checkout after you have selected your country and can be viewed before any payment is made. All items will be sent Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded or International tracked and signed for (dependant on country dispatched to). Your order will be processed within 24 hours and  we will normally despatch your order to you within 48 hours, except for weekends and public holidays.  International orders are generally received in 7 -10 days, subject to the postal service used.

Faulty, Damaged or incorrect items

Need to be reported to us within seven days of receiving the item. The items should be returned to us in the condition they were received, preferably in the original parcel/wrapping. If it is not possible to return the item(s) in the original parcel/packing they should be suitably packaged to prevent further damage whilst in transit.

Missing or damaged components

If a particular component is damaged or missing, we will often only require the damaged item to be returned to us (rather than the entire kit). Please contact us to confirm what you require, in order to remedy a problem. If you damage a part (etch or casting) during construction we can supply replacements, please just ask we will always try to help.  

Returns

Do not send anything back unless instructed to do so by us.

Refunds will only be offered on items that are truly defective - see Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect items.

Items returned without contacting us first will be returned to you, at your cost.  The sender will be notified of the cost of returning the item to them and then if no response is received, the item will be disposed of with no refund given.

Any item returned demanding a refund without following the above procedure will be charged a restocking fee of 25%. i.e. you will only get back 75% of what you paid, providing the item is received in the condition it was sent (i.e, not taken apart, adapted or repainted etc) and in the original packaging/wrapping.

Ready to run models are non returnable unless defective, see Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect items.

Photographs of ready to run models are provided within the shop.  We do not offer a Change of Mind policy in the event you are disatisfied with the colour, level of detail etc, once received.

I am sorry it is necessary to include the above but as usual a minority make life difficult for the majority.
